We recommend taking each Infopathie® as follows:
Week 1 one pump in the morning and evening. If well tolerated, then in
Week 2 one pump in the morning, at noon, and in the evening.
Week 3 two pumps in the morning, at noon, and in the evening.
Week 4 three pumps in the morning, at noon, and in the evening, until the bottle is empty.

Since every person is different, if someone is very sensitive, fewer drops may be taken. Therefore, it is possible that for someone taking fewer drops, the bottle lasts about 5–6 months, and for those needing more drops, the bottle lasts about 3–4 months.

Adults: 1–3 pumps 3 times daily
Children: 1 pump daily
Finer dosing: Gently dispense a pump onto a plastic spoon and take it.
