The Vagus Nerve
The vagus nerve balances the autonomic nervous system (sympathetic – parasympathetic). Vital functions such as heart rate, blood pressure, breathing, and digestion are influenced by the vagus nerve. It takes control and usually has a calming and balancing effect on the entire body system. It also regulates inflammatory responses and body temperature. Due to its close connection with the brain, the vagus nerve plays a major role in our emotional well-being.
Carrier Substance & Essential Oils
We have chosen the proven St. John's Wort oil as the carrier substance — it naturally has a calming and nerve-strengthening effect. Only a few, but very effective essential oils were deliberately added:
Lavender Oil — calming and tension-relieving
Swiss Pine Oil — uplifting and reduces psychological stress
Sandalwood Oil — relaxing, "anxiety-relieving," and sleep-promoting
Radionic Signature
The radionic signature of Ruhepol is designed so that proper use enables the alignment, strengthening, and relaxation of the spine. Furthermore, it supports the strengthening of the vagus nerve.
