The Nasinka nasal oil can help you get through allergy and pollen season better — both physically and mentally.

Dosage:
Adults: 3× 1 drop per nostril (maximum dose)
Children from 6 years: 2× 1 drop per nostril
Toddlers: dilute oil 1:1 with organic almond oil
Infants: not suitable

Carrier substances:
Almond oil, black cumin oil, apricot kernel oil, and baobab oil, as well as a smaller amount of jojoba oil. These carrier oils have nourishing, protective, regenerating, and anti-inflammatory effects.

Essential essences:
A potpourri of citrus grove (lemon, lime, grapefruit, etc.), spices (peppermint, basil, blue chamomile, lemon balm, etc.) and other magical essences like frankincense, lavender, cypress, and manuka.

This exclusive blend can shield you from all environmental burdens (pollen allergens, fine dust, etc.) and/or alleviate and eliminate all inflammatory processes.

Week 1 morning & evening 1 pump each. If well tolerated, then in
Week 2 morning, noon, and evening 1 pump each.
Week 3 morning, noon, and evening 2 pumps each.
Week 4 morning, noon, and evening 3 pumps each, until the bottle is empty.

Since everyone is different, if someone is very sensitive, fewer drops may be taken. Therefore, a bottle may last about 5–6 months for someone taking fewer drops, and about 3–4 months for someone needing more drops.
